About the role

The Regional Marketing Partner develops and executes key Marketing initiatives to drive brand salience and sales in specific states across Australia and New Zealand.

This role reports to our Marketing Manager - Regional and brings a brand and consumer lens to key stakeholders such as restaurant operators. This includes being a critical thinker and true partner, building effective relationships and ensuring the Nando’s brand is at the heart of every marketing initiative.

Specific deliverables include:
- Execute Marketing Plans that help build towards our vision of becoming ANZ’s most loved restaurant brand - including national campaigns and region-specific campaigns.- Develop and execute effective marketing plans for new restaurant openings, refurbs and regional growth initiatives.- Execute marketing activity across 3rd party delivery channels in an effort to maximise sales and profitability.- Develop and execute consumer promotions, events and community partnerships in line with agreed Marketing Plans.- Forge collaborative partnerships across departments with specific focus on Operations and the Development Team to ensure the Nando’s brand is well represented across all territories.- Identify key media opportunities and partnerships within each region to ensure sufficient brand presence throughout the year.- Manage relationships and briefs to design, media and other agency partners as required for all regional activity.- Monitor campaign effectiveness in line with KPIs and complete post campaign analysis and make recommendations based on key learnings.- Assist the wider Marketing team for region-specific requirements across LAM, pricing and menu.

What you will bring:
- Tertiary education in Marketing or related field.- Experience in hospitality is preferred.- Experience in building brand equity and increasing sales through marketing initiatives.- Exceptional attention to detail, planning and organizing skills.- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.- Self-starter, able to us your own initiative and self-disciplined.- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.- Lateral thinker and problem solver.

This is a full-time permanent role, based in our funky office in Abbotsford, Melbourne with flexible work arrangements and great coffee nearby. Travel across ANZ is required every few months.
