Technical Lead

The technical lead will lead a small team and work with the infrastructure teams in the **planning**,** design, **and the** execution** of the migration effort.
The technical lead will have **hands-on experience** of the following:
1. **Internet Information Services (IIS)**
Create and configure websites using ASP, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC and WCF services.
Create and configure FTP site.
2. **Component Services**
3. **Windows Services**
Create and configure Windows services.
4. **WebSphere MQ**
Knowledge of WebSphere MQ obtained either in a dedicated local MQ hosting environment or a shared MQ hosting environment like GPMQ.
5. **Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC)**
Distributed transactions involving COM+ components, WCF services, WebSphere MQ, and SQL Server.
6. **SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)**
SSIS packages
7. **.NET framework 3.5 SP1,.NET framework 4.8 (or later)**
8. **Visual Basic 6**
9. **Visual C++**
10. **Visual C#**
11. **Job automation using PowerShell or an alternative tool**
Create test harness tools.
12. **System troubleshooting and analysis tools (e.g., Sysinternals)**
13. **Job scheduling (e.g., Control-M or its equivalent)**
The technical lead will have the following **personal attributes** and **skills**:

3. Team player and leader.
4. Able to delicate tasks to team members and follow up the tasks to completion.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ideally, the technical lead has worked in an **IT operating environment** with familiarity of (some if not all) the following:
1. **Integration platforms**
EAI, ESB, WDP, TIBCO, Sterling, EIG, NZ Broker, ATV
2. **Core systems**
CIS, GCM, Trading bank, NZ WASP, NZ Midas, Westpac Pacific ICBS and MIDAS
3. **Product systems**
ECM, GPP, DE, PPS, IBIS, Calypso, Vision PLUS, MDP, CSF
4. **Payment gateways**
NGS, FTH, BFP, Euronet
5. **Authentication, Authorisation**
ACE/RSA, SAFI
6. **DevOps**
Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory
7. **Infrastructure
