**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team on a full time basis.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Reconciling customer accounts
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- High level of Debt collection and Client contact
- Manage/reconcile Customer overpayments and unknown deposits
- Generation of debtor (client) invoices
- Preparing vouchers for Specialist
- Assist with accounts queries
- Providing assistance to the Finance Manager and participate in ad-hoc projects as required

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful the applicant will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externally
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and MYOB skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
