**Position**: Support Worker
**Location**: Marion

**Shift Requirements**
- Experience: Experience working in behaviour support and restrictive practices (RPs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Support client during morning routines, community outings, and transitions home.
- Provide companionship
- Assist in designing and implementing a community access program tailored to the client’s interests and goals.
- Manage phobia triggers (e.g., avoid exposure to TVs) and ensure a calm, structured environment.
- Liaise closely with the client’s family and other professionals involved
- Adhere to restrictive practices as outlined in his behaviour support plan to ensure the client’s safety and well-being.
- Coordinate and participate in a meet-and-greet to build rapport with Gregory and his family.

**Pay**: $41.76 - $46.77 per hour

**Expected hours**: 15 - 30 per week
