The company currently has an exciting opportunity for a strong and commercially astute leader to manage the NSW operations as part of the National Leadership Team. The General Manager NSW is based in Sydney and reports to the CEO of the Australian operations. Leading the NSW branch of the business, you will be supported by an expert team of 57 experienced technology industry staff from audio visual, electrical /construction and technology services industries. Reporting through to the CEO, key responsibilities are in the areas of sales, operations and service. The role will give you the opportunity to influence strategy at a national level and ensure business plans, revenue and profit targets are achieved. Working alongside the Operations and Project Managers, you will ensure high quality customer satisfaction by monitoring the progress of projects, quality, profitability and on time completion. You will also work closely with the Sales Team to develop winning strategies to support new business development, and maintain strong positive relationships with prospective clients to cultivate new business opportunities..
