**About the role**

This General Assistant position is responsible for carrying out a wide range of duties to ensure Campus facilities, grounds and equipment are maintained to a high standard, supporting the provision of a customer focused, high quality learning environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced General Assistants to join our casual pool to provide ad hoc, urgent relief work for teaching sections. You may be asked to work at a variety of Sydney metro campus locations at short notice. (Sydney Region - Specific campuses: Ultimo, Randwick, St George, Gymea, Loftus, Enmore, Annandale, Petersham, St Leonards, Meadowbank, Ryde, Northern Beaches and Hornsby). Because of this requirement, you must be flexible, able to travel and have good availability.

Minimum 3-hour shifts offered between the hours of 6am to 10pm, Monday through to Saturday depending on the required work

**About You**
- You enjoy carrying out a wide range of duties supporting different learning environments.
- Supporting students by contributing to a positive learning experience.
- General administration work to contribute to daily operational needs.

**Essential requirements**:

- Possession or willingness and ability to obtain Class 1 Drivers Licence, Fork Lift Licence and First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to undertake shift work and demonstrated use of safe manual handling techniques.
- Willingness to travel within the region when required.
