Mobilize are seeking an experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to start in a permanent Perth (North of the River) based position. This will suit a HSE Advisor looking to take the next step in their career who is comfortable reporting into Executive Management. This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leading contractor who can offer a permanent role with a strong pipeline of projects. **Responsibilities** - Manage, develop and implement project HSE Management Plans - Develop, update, review and manage Project Risk Registers and HSE activity schedules - Analyse safety data and produce reports highlighting process improvement - Conduct regular audits and inspection to ensure continual improvement - Monitor all legislative requirement and ensure compliance - Assist line management with incident investigation and reporting within set timelines - Assist in the development of training material including pre-start / tool box talks and awareness training content - Implement and schedule HSE education and training programs - Occasional site visits are required - General HSE administrative duties **Required skills & Experience** - 3 + years experience in a similar role / sector - Cert IV / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety - Up to date with HSE Legislation - Confidence to recommend improvements and changes along with system implementation - Relatable and able to speak to workshop floor staff through to senior management - Competent with the MS Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail with competency to complete own admin tasks - Ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders - Ability to pre-employment medical and D&A **Why this role** - Flexible start and finish times - Small family feel but part of a global organisation - 9 day fortnight totalling 76hrs - Social, supportive and inclusive team - Free first aid training for every employee and family members - Training and development - EAP program - Free onsite parking **How to apply** - Resume - Cover Letter (optional)
