Hse Advisor

**3 x HSE Advisor (FIFO)**
Due to continued growth we are seeking 4 experienced HSE Advisors to join our HSE team on one of our exciting new high value projects in remote WA. These FIFO roles are located in the Exmouth region and working on a 2/1 roster.
As a HSE Advisor you will work closely with key stakeholders across the project building effective relationships that facilitate the successful implementation of Georgiou's HSE systems.

**What you're good at**:
**You're one of the best. Someone with**:

- Previous experience within a sizeable Building construction business.
- Experience in defence works and alliance contracting also desirable
- Career minded HSE professional with previous experience as a HSE Advisor in civil and / or construction projects
- Experience working in a Tilt-Up and Precast Panel Construction environment
- Experience with high roofing
- Experience in preparing HSE reporting information for clients on a weekly and monthly basis
- Be able to adjust your approach to ensure right outcome when dealing with HSE issues on site
- Must have initiative and be proactive when dealing with site team when following up with HSE matters
- Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with the site team and client
- Strong computer skills are essential
- Able to lead and undertake risk reviews and also JHA reviews with the work reviews and supervisory teams
- Qualified to Diploma level in Occupational Health and Safety
- Hold current first aid qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles in the building and construction industry
