Your Role
The Performance Monitoring and Reporting team are looking for someone who will lead the extraction and analysis of organisational performance data to report on the extent to which the organisational goals are being achieved and identify emerging trends and their likely impact on organisational performance.

**As the Principal Statistical Officer, you will**:

- have strong technical capabilities in scripting, analysis and data manipulation;
- lead and support a team to deliver quality reports and customer-focused performance reporting solutions in a dynamic environment;
- translate client questions and requirements into meaningful analysis and reporting;
- create clear, reproducible and well-written reports with precise language and relevant visualisations.
