Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest sport's governing body, entertainment and sports rights-holder, and media production houses in Asia-Pacific. To help achieve the next phase of growth for our organisation we are looking for a Ticketing Specialist to join our team.

About the role
- Reporting into the _
- Manager - Ticketing_
- , in this role you will be _responsible for but not limited to assisting in implementing Tennis Australia’s ticketing strategies, as well as providing support for the Australian Open, United Cup, AO Series and other Tennis Australia ticketed events.
- In this role you will:_
- Provide recommendations and input into the Ticketing strategy and delivery of the AO, United Cup and AOS
- Develop strong working relationships with ticketing agencies, venue representatives and Tournament/Event Directors
- Collate and confirm all internal and external stakeholder ticketing requirements
- Assist with management of Hospitality builds in Archtics and continue to monitor to ensure sound operation
- Work with key internal stakeholders to help ensure KPIs of customer experience team are met
- Ensure all operational ticketing aspects of events are in place including staffing of box offices, ensuring all ticketing requirements of respective tournament directors are met

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Previous experience within the events or ticketing industry preferred, and familiarity with ticketing software (TM Archtics/Ticketek Aspect a bonus)
- Knowledge of venue setups and event builds relating to the allocation of ticket/pricing recommendations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and personnel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a challenging and changing environment
- Flexibility regarding work hours - late nights and weekend work may be required leading up to and during the tournament period as well as summer travel
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
