Subcontractor Driver

Our client a family owned & operated Plant Hire company has recently been awarded a new project which will be between 12 months to 5 years’ worth of work.

We are seeking Owner Operator Tipper Truck Drivers with either a quad or super dog & experience in Soil Works/ Landfill / Quarry’s.

**Monday to Friday | Sub Contractor Rates | Tier 1 Site - | Immediate Start | 38 hour week plus | Fortnightly Payment Terms | Length of project between 12 months to 5 years | Inductions happening | Northern Suburbs Based**

**To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Have Truck & Trailer - with either quad or super dog
- Be Full Compliant
- Registration Detail for both Truck and Trailer
- Service History - 12 month records
- All trucks must have fitted with Class 6 mirror or Camera (at front)
- All trucks must have fitted with under run protection if the gap between front and rare wheel is more than 300mm
- All trucks must have fitted with reverse Squawker. Revere beeper is not acceptable
- All trucks must have fitted with left hand audible signal.
- All truck must have fitted with Fire Extinguisher with test and tagged and within date
- All trucks must have First Aid Kit
- All trucks must have sticker (Weight Capacity of bin) stick with both sides of Truck and trailer
- All trucks must have reflective tape on both sides of truck, trailer and on draw bar
- All trucks must have inbuilt scale
- All trucks must have automobile top cover on both Truck and trailer
- All relevant documents for EPA License Trucks or have applied for
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as required
- Positive with a can-do attitude and high personal and professional work standard

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollert, VIC 3750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
