Early Leaps Therapy is a paediatric Occupational Therapy service for children aged 2–18 and their families, located in Werribee, VIC. We provide high-quality services using a family-centred, play-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach. We value the individuality of every person and support their unique strengths.

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. Full-time, part-time, and subcontractor opportunities are available. You will deliver services across clinic, mobile, and educational settings, including childcare centres, kindergartens, and schools.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessments and individualised intervention for children with a range of disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other health professionals.
- Develop therapy goals, monitor progress, and prepare reports as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision.
- Option to design and facilitate group therapy programs.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- Valid driver's licence and car
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
- New graduates encouraged to apply – full training and mentoring provided
Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 + Super + Quarterly bonuses;
- Flexibility: Mix of clinic and outreach work + WFH options
- Supervision: Grade 1 Fortnightly formal / Grade 2 Monthly formal + ongoing informal support

$2,000 annual PD allowance + 5 days paid PD leave (pro rata part time)
