We are seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our growing team

Full-time, part-time, and subcontractor opportunities are available.

Early Leaps Therapy is a paediatric Occupational Therapy service for children aged 2–18 and their families, located in Werribee, VIC. We provide high-quality services using a family-centred, play-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach. We value the individuality of every person and support their unique strengths.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. Full-time, part-time, and subcontractor opportunities are available. You will deliver services across clinic, mobile, and educational settings, including childcare centres, kindergartens, and schools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and individualised intervention for children with a range of disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other health professionals.
  • Develop therapy goals, monitor progress, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision.
  • Option to design and facilitate group therapy programs.

Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Working With Children Check
  • Valid driver's licence and car
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • New graduates encouraged to apply – full training and mentoring provided

Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 + Super + Quarterly bonuses;
