The Role

  • Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to handover
  • Develop, monitor, and deliver project programs, budgets, and resourcing plans
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Drive compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality management systems
  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting to senior management and clients
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project outcomes

How You'll Connect to the Role:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of civil works including earthworks, road construction, drainage and utilities
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid understanding of OH&S and contract administration
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (highly regarded)
  • Current driver's licence
