**The Role - Fundraising Manager**

Reporting to the founder CEO, you will lead Mind Blank’s fundraising forward to diversify and strengthen income supporting the delivery of their work and maximising social outcomes. With a
**passionate and driven leader and Board,** some work has already been done in fundraising and donor identification. They have loyal community fundraisers and have had success in government, grants and corporate relationships.

This is an opportunity to use your experience to
**develop and implement** a sustainable fundraising strategy. The objective is to scale and build the organisation with a focus on
**driving philanthropic relationships** with
**major donors, trusts and foundations** and securing new partnerships across corporate and government.

You will join a
**small and mighty team. **This hands-on role will require you to review and develop fundraising marketing materials and explore and
**diversify other fundraising streams** including regular giving and community fundraising programs.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy
- Identify, cultivate and secure relationships with prospective individual major donors
- Develop and implement a regular giving program (through individual and workplace giving opportunities)
- Build prospective opportunities through government funding
- Identify digital and marketing needs to support fundraising
- Manage the supporter CRM system effectively
- Support the management team to build internal capacity and outcomes
- Identify and explore emerging fundraising trends
- Provide regular fundraising updates to the CEO and Board

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Demonstrated success achieving fundraising revenue targets through relationship management including major gifts / T&F or Bequests
- Broad fundraising knowledge and the ability to think strategically to deliver outcomes
- Experience designing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns
- Confident delivering across multiple projects under pressure
- A willingness to understand current and future challenges surrounding mental health
- You will need a current driver’s licence and vehicle
