**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and highly organised marketing and fundraising professional to join our team. This full-time role is crucial in supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders, from coordinating the marketing activities and initiatives across our centres to engaging and supporting our community of donors and fundraisers. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Engagement Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic team of marketing, communication and engagement professionals.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives for Mates4Mates social connection activities and clinical programs and workshops.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagements and events across our centres.
- Working with the wider marketing and communications team to supporting the development and delivery of communications and marketing plans.
- Handling incoming internal and external marketing and fundraising support requests, working closely with the wider marketing and communications team to ensure objectives and expectations are met.
- Implementing a donor and fundraising engagement schedule to ensure our community feel supported and recognised.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, events, or advertising.
- Previous work experience as a marketing coordinator, fundraising coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational and planning skills.
- A willingness to learn and support the team.
