Pay rate: Pay rate + Super dependent on experience

Full Time or Part Time hours available

**The duties will include**:

- Monitor overpayments and short paid accounts, processing refunds or generating reminders where appropriate.
- Liaise with and assist internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries, maintain workflows, database orders and requisitions.
- Administer, monitor and maintain payment arrangements.
- Resolve rate enquiries and process payments in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate rates settlement statements arising from changes in ownerships and liaise with Customer Experience regarding orders and requisitions.

**Essential requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate level of skill with MS Office products, particularly Excel.
- Experience working in a rating environment, with working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Local Government experience
- Exposure to Property services will also be highly regarded
- Ability to pass a police check is essential
