**Your new role**

To support the implementation of the work health and safety strategy to build capability of management and leaders in their Work Health and Safety and Injury Management Obligations in accordance with State Legislation. You will support the National Manager - Health and Injury Management Manager in the accurate and efficient processing of accounts, payroll and claims/Injury Management and assist with delivery of training and development and projects to address key improvement plan objectives to build capability of leaders and stakeholders across all pillars.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Return to Work Coordination Accreditation
- Allied Health Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Injury Management
- Sound understanding of a warehouse/retail environment
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Good communication skills
