We are currently seeking an experienced and self motivated permanent part time Office Administrator to join our team in a medium sized automotive workshop in Collingwood.

QuickBooks experience and knowledge of the automotive industry preferred.

Successful applicant will be required to greet customers, answer telephone calls, create invoices and other office duties as required and have high work standards & ethics.

Hours negotiable. Would suit a parent seeking work during school hours.

Immediate start

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
