**The position**

This position is a unique role within this business that is in their Customer Service & Client Support for key customer accounts and enquiries.

This role comes with full Work From Home luxury as an option if you want to most of the time once you're trained and up and running, you can come to the office a few times a month, or as much as you'd like.

As a result, they have a dedicated support team for their clients which is made up of you and other longstanding customer service team members. Your general responsibilities will include.
- Handling customer enquiries
- Passing on information for pricing and quotes
- Helping resolve issues and needs
- Discussing rates and consignments
- Dealing directly with key customer accounts
- Investigating freight and items missing
- Bookings and coordinating with operations
- Dealing with other carriers and transport providers
- Work From Home and also from office when you like
- The office is based centrally near Collingwood

The WFH is available once established in the role, the first few weeks or months will require office time everyday to train and learn their systems, once up and running, you can have more WFH.

To be suitable for this role, it is a mandate that you are coming from within the Transport, Freight & Logistics industry. You will ideally have experience in interstate, domestic or local transportation.

You will have experience in Customer Services, Admin, Sales, Account Management or anything related where you have been responsible for helping customer enquiries, customer accounts, their support, satisfaction and general help. Summary of experience needed
- Must have related experience from transport & logistics
- Experienced in customer service and customer care
- Strong communication and responsivity
- Highly reliable and service orientated
- Understand how to resolve specific freight matters
- Experienced in dealing with carriers, transport companies & partners
- Have a personable and professional demeanour
- Exceptional customer service & customer care skill
