**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead your room team in planning and delivering an engaging, educational program that fosters children’s learning and development.
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and emotional well-being are always prioritised.
- Create joyful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of discovery.
- Build meaningful relationships with families, children, and colleagues.

**About You**
- **Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care** (or actively working towards).
- Current **Qld Blue Card** (Working with Children Check).
- Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition in children.
- A sense of humour, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
