**Job Title**: Disability Support Worker
**Position Purpose**:
As the Operations Lead, you will drive participant onboarding, support coordination, and ensure the smooth operation of office activities in alignment with strategic business goals. This role is central to upholding high standards of documentation, managing participant and team interactions, and maintaining compliance within the NDIS framework. You will oversee critical tasks to support participants and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organisation.
**Main Tasks**:
Core objectives include:
- Onboarding participants.
- Offboarding participants.
- Service agreements to consent forms.
- Marketing.
- Processing referrals for inbound participants.
- Coordination of support services.
- Anticipating participant needs.
- Managing coordination between participants and staff.
- Coordinating office personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals.
- Providing thorough and accurate reports on activities performed within the business.
- Ensuring workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards.
- Regularly reviewing and implementing changes to various forms of documentation.
- Managing all third-party communication, technology queries, and networking.

**Other Duties**:
- Regular communication with external stakeholders, including NDIS, participants, guardians, and the Department of Health.
- Coordinating with hospitals as needed.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SHADS Level 5
- Current First Aid certification / CPR
- Drivers License
- NDIS Worker Screening

- Tertiary qualifications in Education or Support Work

**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
