Your Responsibilities

  • Lead your room team in planning and delivering an engaging, educational program that fosters children's learning and development.
  • Ensure children's health, safety, and emotional well-being are always prioritised.
  • Create joyful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of discovery.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families, children, and colleagues.

About You

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards).
  • Current Qld Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition in children.
  • A sense of humour, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
