**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership of the approach for Participant Member certification and overall responsibility for ensuring Members complete certification for new Member onboarding and all Releases to the requisite level of quality; primarily for the New Payments Platform (NPP) brand.
- Drive strategic initiatives for improving Member certification, vendor quality and supporting tools that includes an automated testing suite and a performance testing solution used by Members.
- Engage with Member Test Managers and Business representatives to support their testing requirements for Release certification.
- Drive the creation of Testing Documentation for Release certification and guide these through the approval process with the Testing Sub-working Group as Chair of this group.
- Support for Live Proving and other Member go-live activities.
- Responsibility for quality assurance of the vendor deliverables, particularly testing related deliverables.
- Responsibility for testing internally developed testing tools.
- Line management responsibilities for testers supporting NPP.
- Hands-on involvement with developing Testing Documentation is an expectation of this role and may extend to executing testing if required.

**The skills and knowledge you need to have**
- Demonstrated strong Test Management/Test Leadership experience preferably in an Australian payments environment.
- Detailed understanding of NPP real-time payments at a systems or operational level would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with driving strategic initiatives and strategic vision would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated strong experience with most of the following: functional testing, non-functional testing, resilience testing, vendor management, vendor quality assurance, and automated testing.
- General understanding of BPAY payments or eftpos/card payments at a systems or operational level would be an advantage.
- The ability to input to and engage with technical specifications.
- The ability to confidently deal with ambiguity and product development from concept phase.
- Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and workshop skills.
- Strong communication skills including preparing content for a broad range of stakeholders and audiences.
