**Medical Receptionist**

**About the role**:

- Provide outstanding customer service through written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all patient interactions.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail in all communications to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and patient documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Manage tasks efficiently and prioritise responsibilities effectively to accomplish objectives within specified time frames.
- Answer phone calls courteously and professionally to record and convey messages accurately.
- Schedule appointments and assist in patient billing processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
