**Casual Receptionist - Cosmetic & Skin Clinic (Hammond Park & Subiaco)**

**Jupiter Cosmetics** is looking for a **Casual Receptionist** to join our team across our **Hammond Park and Subiaco** locations.

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for aesthetics and skin.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with administrative tasks and clinic coordination
- Handling payments and processing invoices accurately
- Creating engaging social media content and assisting with marketing initiatives
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Supporting the team with general clinic operations

**What We’re Looking For**:
Social media experience - ability to create engaging content and assist with online presence
Motivated and proactive - someone who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail - accuracy in handling bookings, client information, and payments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a medical, cosmetic, or beauty environment)
Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work flexible hours across Hammond Park and Subiaco

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hammond Park, WA 6164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
