The Extend Group is a premium Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider, that provides exceptional care for children nationally.

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our small tight-knit team, based in our Melbourne Office. Extend is looking for someone who is driven, organised, a team player, who is passionate about helping customers.

Full time and part time (20 hours or more per week with negotiable start/finish times) positions considered favourably.

**Specific Responsibilities**

Build & maintain excellent relationships with customers.

Administration of database for enrolments, bookings and subsidies.

Distribution of information for OSHC.

Database management.

IT device setup and distribution.

**Essential Criteria**

A great telephone manner.

Experience working in a small team.

Relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced role.

Demonstrated effective problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.

Well organised and a multitasker.
