**The Role**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the showroom / create a positive first impression
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Notify appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable (appropriate music, turn on / off TV)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock (stationery, coffee, groceries, consumables / amenities)
- Liaise with external IT stakeholder / partner
- Perform other ad hoc clerical receptionist / office management duties (business cards / other collateral, set up for events)

**Skills**
- **Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role**:
