Ray White Asset Management Ipswich are currently looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Property Manager to join the team.

**Your duties will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants
- Lease renewals
- Routine inspections
- Outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required

**To succeed in this role you’ll need**:

- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current QLD driver's licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s licence

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
