Unily was founded in 2005 and we have now partnered with private equity firm, CVC in order to achieve our goal of tripling in size by 2026 - in both our customers and our people.
We are currently looking for an **Account Executive** **based in **Greater Sydney, NSW Australia **to generate new business in the** **APAC region.** This position will report into the CEO. This role has been designed to understand and assess each customer's unique needs and expertly position our product (Unily) to meet those requirements.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Pro-actively seek out and aquire new customers by systematically responding to all inbound leads generated from our proven digital marketing campaigns
- Pro-actively taking ownership of all outbound leads once accepted from the BDR team
- Drive awareness of Unily Australia and Unily (the product) by localising our corporate marketing initiatives and executing them in the APAC region
- Deliver against sales forecast (quarterly and annually)
- Build a deep understanding of Unily (end-user functionality, CMS, high level architecture, search protocols, and security infrastructure)
- Demonstrate the benefits of Unily and our SaaS business model to potential customers in a tailored and structured manner
- Bring a deep level of sales' experience and high calibre skills to the APAC team
- Manage a dynamic sales pipeline and accurately report on performance via our Sales Operations process and tools

Requirements*
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record (3+ years) in sales delivery in the IT sector is essential.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience is highly desireable.
- Expert level understanding of the Digital Workplace, Cloud based technology, trends, and familiarity using the Microsoft O365 stack and SaaS business models.

- **Negotiation Skills**: Excellent negotiation skills with a mastery knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics, tools and developing value propositions for customers. Able to systematically break down and address the complexities of the customers decision-making process. Understand roles of all parties in a negotiation and anticipates their motivations, sensitivities, and intentions. Strong relationship building skills. Able to differentiate between supporters and detractors and appropriately addresses each.

**Presentation Skills**: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to technical, business and senior executives in clear, jargon-free language. Deliver clear, concise presentations with enthusiasm and passion that demonstrates knowledge of our product (Unily) and the industry sector. Ability to appropriately adjust communication style and content to meet the needs of specific situations and audiences.
