**About the role**
The Schools, Partnerships & Growth Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing activities to facilitate, nurture, and support business development and partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders at the regional/local level, including schools and other education providers, the community, industry and government entities.
The position contributes to TAFE NSW achieving success and growth by effectively managing assigned business development initiatives, strategies, accounts relationships and partnership programs to enhance opportunities, business and community outcomes.

You are a strategic thinker who can plan, implement and review initiatives that build meaningful partnerships across industry, education, and government sectors. Your ability to align these initiatives with broader organisational priorities ensures that outcomes are both impactful and sustainable.

You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure partnership strategies are clearly communicated and effectively supported. Your coordination skills help drive cohesive execution and shared success across regions.
