**The Opportunity**
As a BDR at Prometheus Group, you’ll be at the **front line of our sales organization** — creating new opportunities and driving pipeline growth. You’ll research target accounts, connect with prospects, and start the conversations that lead to lasting business relationships.
This is a **career-launching role** in enterprise software sales, with clear paths to grow into an **Account Executive and beyond.**
**What You’ll Do**
- Research target accounts to identify key initiatives and align them with Prometheus solutions.
- Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Support Account Executives with territory planning, account development, and opportunity creation.
- Deliver initial product messaging and spark interest with new prospects.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies.
- Track and manage activity in Salesforce with accuracy.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects at all levels.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience (BDR/SDR, inside sales) is highly regarded.
