**About the Role**:

Join Ivoclar Pacific as our **Head of Academy** and make a real impact by leading and elevating our educational programs and events across Australia and New Zealand.

As the Head of Academy Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Ivoclar's corporate strategic direction, while managing the operational aspects of our educational programs and attendance at exhibitions and events. This leadership position offers you the unique opportunity to combine your dental expertise with a commitment to delivering high-quality education that inspires and empowers dental professionals.

**Location**:Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Ivoclar Pacific's educational programs and attendance at events.
- Implement the corporate strategic direction, ensuring alignment with Ivoclar's global vision and values.
- Provide operational management for all aspects of educational initiatives, including event planning, content creation, and participant engagement.
- Attend all major exhibitions and events - attend educational programs to seek out new opinion leaders and stay up to date with market trends. Deliver on-stand demonstrations / presentations.
- Develop relationships with 3rd party training providers, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the dental industry to drive the success and growth of the Academy.
- Deliver inspiring and engaging educational content to help dental professionals advance their skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of educational excellence.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A dental background, with practical experience in clinical practice.
- A passion for education and mentoring, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the dental community.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience in event management, content development, and program delivery is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.
