**What you’ll bring**:

- Relevant degree/qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or Law;
- Previous experience (minimum 5 years) working within industrial and workplace relations.
- Attention to detail.
- Business consulting experience in advising managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and misconduct matters and demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations;
- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to provide industrial and workplace relation advice to various stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at various levels;
- An ability to think strategically and creatively;
- A strong understanding of the Australian employment legislation with experience in the interpretation of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

- Work in a fast-paced, varied and dynamic environment;
- Oversee or manage investigations and reviews into workplace issues.
- Have a demonstrated knowledge of and experience within the education and care sector.
