As a result we are looking for exceptional talent to join our Estimation team.

We are a business that live and breathe our mission and values and we are seeking an experienced **Estimating Manager** aligned to our values to join our successful team of friendly, dedicated and driven professionals.

**The role**

As Estimating Manager you will be responsible for driving the success of our Estimating department taking responsibility for our team of Estimators, completing reviews, managing workloads and ensuring the team meet business sales targets.

With the variety of clients and work we manage, your core duties will remain the same however the project scope will be diverse.

Core operational duties include:

- Managing relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Day-to-day management of the Estimating team
- Ensuring all RFQ's are qualified within the team to ensure project scope is clearly determined and pricing strategy provides competitive advantage
- Completing client and supplier negotiations to deliver the most successful outcome for the company
- Completing reviews on all tenders prior to submission
- Working closely with the project delivery team, to guarantee successful results in line with client requirements
- Utilising our software to prepare and complete estimates using first principle, norms and tonnage rates.
