**About You**

**Prior experience working with children or youth living with a disability is essential. The hours available will be Monday 7am-9am and Thursday 3pm-7pm to start, with the opportunity for these hours to increase.**

Support Workers need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We’d like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met emotionally as well as physically.

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values**:Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
