We are looking for dedicated, loyal, compassionate, and professional Support Worker who takes pride in their work whilst valuing and respecting people’s privacy.

As a Support Worker you can expect to assist individuals with:

- domestic assistance, such as house cleaning, shopping, laundry, bill paying or performing errands
- personal care, such as help with dressing, eating, showering, toileting, or moving around the house
- assisting with transport to attend appointments
- helping the person develop skills - for example, making a budget, taking public transport, using assistive technology, or preparing meals
- assisting the person to participate in social outings, recreational activities, and community events
- providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

What you will possess:

- a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role
- a certificate III in Individual Support (desirable)
- an NDIS worker screening clearance
- an NDIS worker orientation/ new worker induction module
- current first aid (Mental Health first aid recommended)
- a current certificate in manual handling
- a current working with children check
- a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (must have comprehensive insurance)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- a genuine passion to provide tailored support to individuals
- reliability with a can-do attitude
- full Covid-19 vaccination

Enaeline Support Services is always seeking staff that are reliable and consistent, who genuinely want to make a difference in people’s lives.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff must complete a RAT test prior to all shifts and must wear a surgical mask and sanitise throughout the shift.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Helena WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
