**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and prospective buyers.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of successful experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for attending open homes and appointments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems (e.g., PropertyMe, Eagle, Compass, etc.).
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet performance goals.

**Licensing**:
Active real estate license in NSW.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
