**Technical Support Officer**

- Are you tech-savvy? Deliver top-notch audio-visual support across DCJ, powering smooth communication for Corporate Services, Courts, and Corrective Services. If you do, join us

**What you’ll do**
- Join a creative and innovative multimedia team that values collaboration and technical excellence.
- You’ll:

- Support end users and audio-visual systems (Cisco, MS Teams)
- Assist with live video production
- Work with external vendors
- Track hardware assets accurately
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates
- Be part of a team that encourages diverse ideas and proactive problem-solving.

**What we’re looking for**
- A motivated individual with foundational AV knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
- Essential requirements:

- Basic knowledge of enterprise AV systems (Extron, Crestron, Cisco)
- Understanding of networking, video codecs, DSPs, and AV topologies
- Intermediate incident management
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- NSW driver’s licence
- Preferred skills:

- Desktop or service desk experience
- Attention to detail
- Clear communication at all levels
- Willingness to learn
- Team player who can also work independently
- Positive can-do attitude
