**About the Role**

To deliver exceptional program support services, ensuring the successful outcomes of projects within this specific NSW Government department.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Implement systems that optimise efficiency, and effectively manage and maintain accurate program information including data entry, records management, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders and program customers to facilitate communication, information sharing and responses to direct enquiries.
- Building technical expertise quickly in the use of systems to manage biodiversity and financial information.

**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical competence in the use of excel and other Microsoft apps. Power BI experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and adapt to changing work assignments.
- Ability to build technical expertise in the use of business management systems to manage biodiversity and financial information.
- Experienced in managing competing priorities whilst delivering multiple pieces of work.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to share tasks
