**INNOARC** is a company dedicated to supplying the market with a range of architectural products and providing technical solutions including facade, ceiling, screens to decking products and systems. InnoArc is based in Parramatta and is currently looking for a motivated technical sales support who has a great attitude, excellent attention to details, open-minded, and someone who has the capability to work independently and, in a team, to deliver highest level of sales support services.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**

**Technical Sales Support**:

- Manage daily enquiries and maintaining salesforce system
- Market/Project research and analysis through lead generation tools
- Providing high-level technical support and product solutions to sales team and clients
- Prepare project estimation and provide technical solution
- Identifying opportunities by researching market trends and generating more resources for the business whilst tracking customer feedbacks
- Provide customer service with product warranty and ensuring compliance with the company regulations.

**To be considered for this role**:

- Engineer/Designer/Architect or relevant qualifications, experienced in estimation and strong technical skills/knowledge
- Willingness to take ownership and work independently.
- Strong customer service, verbal, and communicational skills.
- Self-driven and ability to deliver high standards of service.
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking abilities and administrative Skills
- General computer and database skills.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
