**About Us**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage installation and repair of Coolroom Panel Solutions, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and guide a team, ensuring efficient and effective work.
- Work both independently and collaboratively on various projects, demonstrating the ability to construct a Coolroom with a team.
- Adhere to all DERMET Services guidelines and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Minimum of three years of experience** in the Coolroom Panel installation industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Current driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Forklift and Scissor lift licenses are preferred.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work unsupervised on projects.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive pay, dependent on experience and qualifications.
