We are on the hunt for another exceptional landscaper to step into the role of leading a team for our exciting high-end residential jobs. This role is for someone who is full of fresh energy, ready to conquer the landscaping world with us and our detailed professionalism

We focus on quality _work_, organisation, creativity, cleanliness and sustainability.

**Duties**
- Supervise and organise projects _from_ start to finish
- Manage bobcat, excavator _work_, demolition, and site preparation
- Manage a team of 2-3 people and _work_ hands-on
- _ Work_ closely with clients and sub-contractors
- Be able to interpret job sheets and designs to follow closely
- Follow up with the designer
- Operate all kinds of hardscaping and softscaping projects
- _ Work_ on soil amelioration
- Have a problem-solving attitude

**Skills**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape construction
- Ideally experienced as an on-site supervisor or is ready for the promotion
- Fit and energetic
- Quick minded with organisational skills
- The ability to plan and order in advance
- Obviously a keen as eye for detail
