As such we are now looking for a Leading Hand, Supply Chain based at our distribution site in West Richmond.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Manager, the Leading Hand will be an integral member of the bakery distribution team, responsible for overseeing the day to day process of the distribution team including bakery network organisation, picking and packing orders for our customers, ensuring timely dispatch and working toward KPIs.
We are looking for soemone who is flexible and is able to cover other leading hand annul leave as required.

**This is a full time opportunity working roster below**:
Monday 7.00am - 3.00pm
Tuesday 6.30am - 3.00pm
Wednesday 7.00am - 3.00pm
Thursday 7.00am - 3.00pm
Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- At least 3 years proven experience in supply chain/manufacturing
- 2+ years Supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate and interact with all types of people
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Maintain accountability & responsibility within self & team
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Planning and organising experience
