We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Well-being & Injury Management Coordinator to be part of an innovative, forward-thinking, and diverse team

**In this role, you will**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of well-being programs, including psychosocial.
- Coordinate and support well-being champions to deliver mental, physical, social and financial wellness initiatives.
- Support and guide employees on wellbeing-related issues, including mental and physical health.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify improvement areas and evaluate current initiatives' effectiveness.
- Promote awareness and education around wellbeing-related issues, emphasising mental, physical, social and financial well-being.
- Support injured employees and their line managers through the injury management process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including the _Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act _and the _Workers’ Compensation Code of Practice (Injury Management)_ and relevant national Health policies and procedures

**Who are we looking for?**
- Have post-secondary qualifications in a health-related field or similar
- A genuine passion for promoting employee well-being and creating a positive work environment.
- A strong understanding of wellbeing-related issues, including psychosocial hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to develop and implement new initiatives to support employee psychosocial and physical well-being.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of effective well-being programs.
- Experience in claims information and insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of health, safety worker’s compensation legislation and standards
- Knowledge and understanding of HSE legislative requirements, including psychosocial hazards and knowledge of the new Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation
- WA Class C Driver’s Licence
