**New Role | Facilities Manager | 77,000 + Super (Negotiable) | Melbourne**
Our building is currently seeking a full-time facility manager who is excellent in facilities management. Do you enjoy working around people, love problem-solving and negotiating in difficult situation? Our prestige apartment located in East Melbourne offers you a good opportunity to join us.
**This role’s responsibilities are**:
- Ensure all legislative OHS procedures are met,
- Communicate with OC chairman and OC members,
- Making good decisions according to OC rules, guidelines, and regulations,
- Ensure all essential services are always compliant,
- Professional management skills and have the knowledge to run the maintenance effective and efficiently,
- Providing long term maintenance plan to OC to improve the running cost and efficient,
- Must have at least 5 years facility management experience.
**About you**:
- Provide a 5 stars efficient service to our residents in the building,
- Positive and welcoming personality with high standard of personal presentation,
- Helping trades and visitors to sign-in and out of the building,
- Finding and solving various building related issues,
- Keeping the highest security standard.
- Good eye for details.
