**Your role**
In this role you will perform project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.
**What you'll do**
As a Project Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget and act as a point of contact and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
- Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agenda, and document meeting minutes
- Proactively update the project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests for schedule/budget in smart sheet
- Conduct preliminary quality assurance checks to ensure that project reporting and activities meet the required standards
- Support financial management of Project/Program of update the project financials forecasts and investigate any discrepancies of the actuals and raising Purchase Requisition and yearly accruals
- Assist with onboarding activities - for new hirer or vendor within the Program/Project of access creations, SharePoint links, etc.
- Support Resources Allocation
- Updates in Smartsheet to any changes in the resource allocation on a regular basis.
- Provide other administrative project support as and when required
**What we're looking for**
An experienced coordinator who is motivated by outcomes and building strong relationships. To be considered for this role, your background and experience must meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience, with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- High level of commitment and a can do attitude and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
