**Head of Digital Transformation & Marketing, **based in
**Brisbane** or
** Melbourne.**

In addition to your experience in digital transformation, you should have a strong background in leading National Marketing Teams. You should have a successful history of directing marketing strategy, brand architecture, and internal and external communication projects. Your campaigns should reflect a contribution to the profitable growth of the businesses you've worked with.

As the
**Head of Digital Transformation and Marketing at Iplex**, you will occupy a key leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Digital Transformation at a Senior Leadership level
- Proven achievements as a National Marketing Manager
- Previously lead high performing successful teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT or similar
- Experience within the manufacturing industry highly regarded
- Familiar with ERP systems desirably experience with implementation of SAP
- Have lead successful digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to inspire and motivate people in cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management
- Collaborative approach to ideas and solutions
- Excellent communication ability
