**Job Description**:
As a Customer Support Consultant you will answer inbound calls from customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer solutions. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry - we will teach you everything
**What you need to know**:
- Base Salary of $50, 500 plus super and a monthly commission structure
- This role works on a rotating roster across Monday - Sunday between 11am - 11pm (shifts are 7.6 hours, work 5 days per week).
- Located in Brisbane CBD
- WFH options post 3 months, 2 days at home, 3 in office
- Choose to work a 9 day fortnight (unlock a RDO)
- Gain a Cert III in Business whilst you learn
- Training for the first 10 weeks will go from 11am-7:30pm Monday to Friday
