As a Customer Support Consultant you will answer inbound calls from customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer solutions. You will navigate through multiple systems, whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone, and confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting issues. Don’t worry - we will teach you everything

**Job Description**:
**What you need to know**:

- Base Salary of $50, 500 plus Super and a monthly commission structure
- Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday - Sunday between 7am - 11pm (shifts are 7.6 hours, work 5 days per week)** Penalty rates apply**:

- Located in Brisbane CBD
- Gain a Cert III in Business whilst you learn
