About the role

The Environment and Release Manager is responsible for managing the configuration and releases across all of the Oracle cloud environments. The solution includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Planning Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), as well as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS components. The role will be responsible for technical governance and optimising our usage, and working on further improvements of how the system serves our people.

Business Hub, Lifeblood’s internal name for our Oracle Cloud solution, is a validated system and requires rigorous governance over releases and changes.

**Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for**:
Proven experience in environment and release management for ERP solutions or similar enterprise software systems, preferably across both SaaS and on-premise solutions

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and release management practices.

Solid knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies, with hands-on experience in managing system environments.

Familiarity with configuration management and version control, as well as tools and systems to facilitate.

Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.

Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality releases and maintaining a stable environment.

Experience with change management processes and an understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles
